- Shipping charge shown above is for delivery to zone 1, which includes the states on the east part of USA. There is additional 20% shipping for zone 2 and 30% for zone 3. Please click on information sign on shipping cost to know zone states.
- There are no taxes for delivery in USA except New York. New York Taxes will be applicable as per the sales tax rates of county. Taxes in Canada will as per the rates prevailing in the province.
- There is no customs duty for deliveries in the US and Canada.
- Delivery for in-stock items may take 5 – 15 days depending on location.
- For customized items, delivery may take 3 – 6 months depending on the arrival of our next import shipment. For such orders, 40% advance payment is need along with order and the balance can be paid when the order is ready to ship.
- All our products are under warranty for 6 months. The products, once shipped cannot be returned. However for any technical issues or damage, it is our responsibility to resolve it.
